Sadie Hawkins

Subvert gender roles with this cocktail made for two. A bourbon base and spiced liqueurs lend this drink a refreshing complexity. 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 4 oz bourbon
• ½ oz spiced pear liqueur
• ½ oz apricot liqueur
• ¾ oz falernum
• 1½ oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes tiki bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain over crushed ice into a tiki bowl
