The Tia Mia (a play on Mai Tai) is the mezcal version of the tiki classic. The addition of smoky mezcal gives added depth to a tropical, fruit forward cocktail.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel
