Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz mezcal
  • ¾ oz rye whiskey
  • ½ oz Nixta Licor de Elote
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 8-10 drops mole bitters
  • 2 oz club soda

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice
  • Top with soda
