This is the purest raspberry syrup on the market.
Its impeccable flavor results from the fruit being harvested only once fully ripened on the vine. Within hours these Washington state berries are cleaned, cooled and crushed to retain their concentrated sweet-tart flavor. Our goal with this Raspberry Gum Syrup is to maintain the quality of the raw produce while adding pure cane sugar and all-natural gum arabic for richness.

Whatcom's fertile volcanic soils produce 88% of the nation's raspberries - about 69 million pounds a year. This tight-knit community of family farms harvest and haul many of their ripe berries straight to a nearby Co-op, ensuring the freshest product possible.
I just can't believe how many different ways you can use this syrup from making drinks to ice cream, pancakes, waffles, you name it and beyond. I just can't get enough and love trying new mixed drinks.
All the syrups we tried so far taste amazing!
Raspberry Gum Syrup
All of these have saved me the effort of constantly making my own, which I used to do because there weren't any commercial versions available (to me) that were good enough. Liber's are all great. The fruit flavors are all very rich, intense, and fresh; they're like concentrated versions of the natural fruit captured at peak ripeness. I'm going through the raspberry fast on Blinkers, Cynar juleps, and agricole daiquiris.
