The Symphony No. 3

Both sweet and bitter, the Symphony No. 3 is complex shaken Genever cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 1 ½ oz genever
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
• ¼ oz lemon juice
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add cubed ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe

Glass:

• coupe
  

Garnish:

• grapefruit wedge
