Bay of Figs

This cocktail's flavor profile is a bit like a cold-weather appropriate rum and coke! 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
  
• 2 oz aged rum
• ½ oz lime juice
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 3 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except club soda to a highball glass filled with ice
• Top with club soda and stir
