Grapefruit Gin Sour

Cocktail by @mikevanderhorn. Everyone loves an easy, no-pressure cocktail! Gin provides a lovely botanical base, and the combination of Aperol, Rio Red grapefruit, and lime is wonderfully balanced and invigorating. The egg-white foam also makes for a showstopping presentation!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• egg white

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and dry shake
  
• Add ice and shake again
• Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
