Monroe Old Fashioned
The Monroe Old Fashioned is a variant that utilizes gin and peach liqueur to achieve a beautiful herbal, complex cocktail with a gorgeous pink color due to the bitters. It's the perfect Spring Old Fashioned!
Ingredients:

¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ½ oz peach liqueur
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into an ice filled rocks glass
