Non-Alc Wild Cucumber Tonic

This Zero Proof cocktail is everything you want on a hot day. It's refreshing and mildly sweet with a crisp earthy bite. Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• ½ oz Premium Tonic Syrup
• 2 oz gin alternative (Wilderton Earthen recommended)
• 6-8 cucumber cubes (peeled medium dice)
• club soda

Instructions:

• Add gum syrup and cucumber to a shaker tin and muddle
• Add tonic syrup, gin alternative, and ice and shake for 10-20 seconds
• Strain into a glass with ice and top with club soda
