Saz Saz Gabor
Inspired by the classicSazerac, this Liber original uses Peychaud's Bitters to create a surprisingly bright and tasty cocktail.
Ingredients:

¾ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- ½ oz Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 oz Rye
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz absinthe
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Strain over crushed ice into a chilled glass
