Sherry Cobbler

A light, refreshing way to enjoy sherry's nutty qualities.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 3 ½ oz sherry
• 2-3 slices of oranges and/or lemon

Instructions:

• Muddle citrus slices and syrup in a mixing tin 
• Add sherry and ice and shake until chilled
• Strain over crushed ice into a highball glass

Glass:

• Highball

Garnish:

• Lemon or orange wheel 
• Fresh berries
