Surf Liner

The rare rye-based tiki cocktail, this can be the perfect drink in three seasons.  Pineapple, rye and orgeat are a wonderful combination!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 2 dash Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain int a rocks glass over crushed ice

Glass:

• rocks
  

Garnish:

• pineapple frond, cherry, lemon wheel
