White Negroni Piña Colada

This cocktail takes reference from two incredibly different cocktails, the pina colada and the white negroni. This unexpected mash up results in a tropical, beautiful, bitter beverage.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1 oz mezcal
• ½ oz Suze
• ½ oz Mahina Coconut Rhum Liqueur
• ½ oz lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain over fresh ice into a collins

Garnish:

• 5 dashes Angostura bitters and 2 pineapple fronds
