Mai T'IPA

The Mai T'IPA is a fun Mai Tai riff that incorporates the intense hop character of an IPA to accentuate the tropical flavors.  Banana liqueur also pairs beautifully with the IPA.  This is a fun and interesting riff on a tiki classic!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 oz light Jamaican rum
• 1 oz rhum agricole
• 1 oz lime 
• ½ oz orange liqueur
  
• ½ oz banana liqueur
• ½ oz IPA 

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass
• Garnish with a mint sprig
