Armadillo's Light

This riff on the classic Whiskey Sour is Texas through and through! Crafted by Tyler and Elise (Instagram: @junglehaus.cocktails), this cocktail is the perfect warm weather drink: a whiskey sour with a bouquet of tropical notes. Imagine sitting on your back porch, the BBQ is going, the cicadas are singing, and you're sipping on this perfectly balanced cocktail over crushed ice... 

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Real Grenadine
• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat
• ¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit
• 2 oz Wheated Bourbon
• 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain over crushed ice in a chilled rocks glass
