Coming of Age
A cocktail that bends the rules. Its flavor runs the gamut from salted banana to lightly bitter citrus. Toasted coconut is the anchor. We suggest Jack Daniel's because of its complimentary banana bread notes.
Ingredients:

¼ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 ½ oz whiskey (Jack Daniel's recommended)

¼ oz Campari
- ¼ oz banana liqueur (Giffard Banane de Brésil recommended)
- 2 dashes of saline solution
Instructions:
- Add all to a mixing glass filled with ice
- Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
