Nova Scotia

A scotch Old Fashioned meets an Alaska cocktail, says creator Tom Walker. Reach for a big bold whiskey on this one.

Ingredients:

• barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz scotch whiskey
  
• ¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
  
• Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• orange twist
