Young Laddie

A scotch-based Old Fashioned build, wherein the unique pair of bitters make it interesting.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz scotch (Bruichladdichrecommended)
  
• 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
  
• 1 dash grapefruit bitters (Bittermen's Hopped Grapefruit recommended)

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
  

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• orange + grapefruit twist
