Given several syrups (including blackberry) as gifts and they’ve always been loved!
Mix 4oz. Of HENDRICKS Cabaret gin 2oz. Marion blackberry liber and Co. Syrup. Squeeze 1 lime. In ice filled tumble and shaked poor over ice filled glass. Amazingly refreshing. Big hit with my friends.
I love this blackberry syrup. It’s rich, very blackberry, and a beautiful deep purple red that gives cocktails a lovely visual. I love the Bramble suggested on the bottle, and it also pairs delightfully with basil eau de vie for a less common flavor.
The blackberry syrup makes a great black berry martini;
Ingredients
* 4oz Blackberry Gin
* 2oz Cherry Liquor
* 4oz Cranberry Juice
* 2 Tsp Blackberry Syrup
* Dash lime juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Place in a chilled shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
