DAIQUIRI

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.

GIMLET

  • 2/3 oz. lime cordial
  • 2 oz. gin

Stir in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

JACK ROSE

  • 1/2 oz. grenadine
  • 2/3 oz. lime juice
  • 2 oz. apple brandy

Shake all with ice an double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

JUNGLE BIRD

Shake all with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and pineapple leaves.

MINT JULEP

Lightly muddle the mint and gum syrup in the bottom of a julep cup. Fill with crushed ice and add bourbon. Stir to frost the cup, and top off with more ice. Garnish with a whole sprig of mint. Don't forget a straw!

OLD FASHIONED

Stir ingredients with ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

PISCO PUNCH

Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Classic Sherry Cobbler

Shake all with ice and pour unstrained into a tall glass. Garnish with two grapefruit wheels and a maraschino cherry.
