This is complex orgeat whose full almond character imbues cocktails with divine flavor and aroma.

We start with whole almonds that are blanched and roasted to bring out deep toasted nut flavors. Also in the mix: cane sugar, orange blossom and a touch of bitter almond oil for a distinct marzipan note. Use this orgeat to shake up a world-class Mai Tai!

My favorite orgeat!

I've used every orgeat under the sun over over the years and Liber and Co. Almond Orgeat Syrup is our house favorite. Great flavor that adds a nice almond boost to our cocktails without being overly sweet. This orgeat makes the perfect Mai Tai! It also keeps extremely well on the bar so there is no wasted product. Highly recommended!
