We import whole, organic ginger root grown in the Andean Highlands of Peru. It’s sustainably cultivated and hand-harvested from mid-June to September by skilled farmers who assess each plant for maturity.

Passion fruit syrup is great for cocktails. The ginger syrup is good for ginger ale or makes a great Moscow mule.

I've tried various ginger syrups and Liber's is the best by a landslide. It has a less added sugar than other similar products. The artisanal quality of taste is fiery but elegant. The common brand Simply Squeeze tastes like high fructose state fair goop in comparison. My current mixture of choice is to spin coat a rocks glass with Liber Fiery Ginger syrup in concert with ice, vodka & tonic. Ok who am I kidding...pint glass, not rocks glass. I've also added a small amount to hot tea and the occasional stir fry, vegetables or seafood. Lastly you do good business. Reasonable pricing, careful packaging & quick turn around time. Highly recommend.
