Fig Manhattan

Fig is a great complement to sweet vermouth's botanical mix. We recommend a good spicy rye whiskey for contrast.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
• 2 oz rye whiskey
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
  
• 2-3 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry
