The superior simple syrup. This is a 2:1 sugar:water syrup combined with gum arabic, an all-natural emulsifier derived from African acacia trees. The addition of gum arabic lends the syrup a silky and more luxuriant mouthfeel when compared to a common simple syrup. Use our Classic Gum Syrup to improve any cocktail that calls for sugar or simple syrup.

So good - so convenient

I love Liber cocktail syrups and the Gum Syrup is not exception. It does not have any artificial taste, or metallic taste, like some syrups. Just rich, silky goodness. After years of using various types of sugars, this gum syrup is now my go-to. Unless I use the Demerara syrup, which is also great :-)
