This is the purest raspberry syrup on the market.
Its impeccable flavor results from the fruit being harvested only once fully ripened on the vine. Within hours these Washington state berries are cleaned, cooled and crushed to retain their concentrated sweet-tart flavor. Our goal with this Raspberry Gum Syrup is to maintain the quality of the raw produce while adding pure cane sugar and all-natural gum arabic for richness.

Whatcom's fertile volcanic soils produce 88% of the nation's raspberries - about 69 million pounds a year. This tight-knit community of family farms harvest and haul many of their ripe berries straight to a nearby Co-op, ensuring the freshest product possible.
We used it to make a winter bourbon smash instead of jam. The result was the perfect pairing with a death by chocolate cupcake for my husband’s birthday.
Raspberry Gum Syrup
Just 1t in a glass of fresh Iced tea gives it that formerly illusive Raspberry Iced Tea flavor. Love the basic natural ingredients as well.
All of their syrups are amazing!
I didn't think the Raspberry was going to be a big deal. OK, a little fruity. But I try all the syrups so I ordered a bottle. I have since ordered several more. There are some delicious recipes on the site that use raspberry, and it's an easy syrup to get creative with.
