A kola with a ‘k’ - made from the African kola nut, the original ingredient and eponym for the iconic drink. Crucially, this is a kola meant for cocktails. Rich spices including cinnamon, vanilla and coffee anchor the flavor while top notes of citrus like bitter orange and lime offer a crisp finish. This Sugarcane Kola Syrup will expand your expectations of what a kola can do in cocktails. Top with club soda or use as a base syrup.
Filtered water, cane sugar, gum arabic, natural flavors (inc. vanilla, kola nut, cinnamon), caramel, phosphoric acid, citric acid, benzoic acid

The African C. acuminata tree produces these caffeine filled seeds. Their initial bitterness gives way to an earthy sweetness. For the Igbo and other West Africans, kola nuts symbolize good-will, love and respect for elders.
I was hesitant at first to buy a separate kola syrup instead of a basic soda but was I mistaken! Incredibly complex with nice vanilla undertones. I’ve used it with everything from a basic Cuba libre to mai tais variation with excellent results. Will definitely buy again!
A tasty one-of-a-kind syrup to add kola flavor to cocktails. Expertly crafted!
I wanted be excited about the recipes for the Kola syrup, but I didn't love them. Frankly, I felt like the cocktails were like drinking, say, a jack & coke - basically cola with sweetener and the spirit in the recipe. This was not my favorite of the lineup.
Maybe I had really high expectations, but this had more of a root beer flavor than cola flavor, to me. I'm still going to try and experiment with other cocktails but it did not go well with Vodka and Whiskey in my premier trial
