Dark 'n' Stormy

The most dependable rum highball. Some say you really need to reach for Gosling's Black Seal rum, but the real important ingredient here is the burn of fresh ginger!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• 2 oz dark rum (Gosling's recommended)
  
• 1 oz lime juice
• 4 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice
  
• Stir
