Fiery Ginger Syrup

  • Our Fiery Ginger Syrup starts with whole ginger root, juiced fresh to capture the best possible flavor. Pure cane sugar balances the heat to create a bright and full-flavored syrup with a silky texture. This syrup's fiery flavor lends the perfect burn needed to enhance a wide variety of classic and novel cocktails. Top with club soda for a superior ginger beer.

Great ginger flavor

Love the fiery ginger syrup flavor. So far tried in the All for One and Mule in Paradise and ginger flavor stands out.

Makes great hot drink when sick

Ginger is often used successfully to treat nausea and gastric upset. After experiencing some recent issues I decided to try making some ginger 'tea' using Liber's Ginger Syrup I had on hand. I mixed about an ounce in an 8 oz cup. Worked like a charm so it's handy to have around if you're experiencing gastric upset.

Tasty and versatile with mild “fire”

This is both tasty and versatile with a mild kick-more of a subtle awareness. This has a
taste of pure ginger which has its own natural element of heat without additives I use this to make a sake-based drink I call a “Bonsai martini”.
2 oz sake (daigingo, like a Sho Chiku Bai)
0.5 oz fiery ginger syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup.
Shaken over ice.
Poured in martini glass with lemon twist
garnish … Bonsai!
