If you want to up your cocktail game these are a must. They are well crafted, tasty and elevate your cocktails to simple perfection. The blood orange is my favorite so far but will be back to purchase all.

Perfect consistency and spot on taste

I usually make my own simple syrup for use in drinks like a Sazerac or an Old Fashioned, but since discovering Liber’s Classic and Demarara gum syrups, my drinks have definitely leveled up. Not only is the flavor fantastic with these products, the cocktail benefits by getting a nice silky texture which makes me feel like a pro! I’m hooked!

Adds an incredibly polished, soft, silky, smooth finish to any cocktail. The gum added to the syrup is absolutely magic. I used to use bitters soaked sugar cubes in my highland old fashioneds. But, one taste of the gum syrup has ruined me and my fiancé for any other kind of syrup or sweetener. I’ve even put to the side my own house made rhubarb, rose hip and cardamom syrup in other cocktails in favor of the gorgeous, elegant gum syrup. It’s like bringing a tuxedo to a dinner party!

Sure, I could make my own, but Liber’s is the best gum syrup I have ever used, and it’s always been my go-to for cocktails. All of their syrups are superb; highly recommend the Old-Fashioned, Passionfruit, and Blood Orange syrups.
