2026 Liberalia Signature Serve Championship Presented by Liber & Co. & Steve the Bartender

Terms and Conditions

By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. This promotion is being run by Liber & Co. of [4045 Airport Rd. #104, Georgetown, TX 78628] & Steve the Bartender ("we", us or "our").

1. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all residents of the USA, Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, New Zealand, Germany, and the United Kingdom, who are over the legal drinking age in their country of residence (16 in Germany, 18 in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and 21 in the USA and Canada), other than our officers, employees or contractors, other companies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families.
  • No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Competition is not open to residents of Rhode Island, USA and Quebec, CA.

2. Entry Requirements

  • Liber & Co. Syrup: All entries must incorporate a Liber & Co. syrup or equivalent syrup that matches the primary flavor of a Liber & Co. syrup.
  • Recipe Submission: Provide a clear and detailed recipe for your creation. Your recipe must be original.
  • Photo Submission: Must include a photo of your finished beverage.
  • Maximum Entries: Maximum of three (3) entries will be considered.

3. Submission Period

  • Start Date: March 17, 2026
  • Submission Deadline: March 24, 2026 11:59 PM PST

4. How to Submit

Participants can submit their entries through one of the following methods:

  1. Form Submission:

  2. Social Media Posting:
    • Post your photo and recipe on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook. Make sure your account is public so we can see the post.
    • Tag your post with #Liberalia2026.

Ensure that your submission meets all requirements and is submitted within the designated submission period.

5. Selection of Top 20 Semifinalists

  • Review Process: Liber & Co. & Steve the Bartender will review all submitted entries. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria: 40% taste, 40% creativity (composition, name, inspiration, etc.), 20% presentation. This is a game of skill only and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
  • Top 20 Semifinalists Announcement:
    • Date: March 27th, 2026
    • Number of Semifinalists: Twenty (20)
    • Notification: Semifinalists will be emailed or messaged on social media and announced on Liber & Co.'s official social media channels.

6. Public Voting for Finalists

  • Voting Method: Public voting will be conducted via Google Forms.
  • Voting Period: March 27th, 2026, to March 30th, 2026.
  • Voting Rules:
    • Each voter is allowed one (1) voting submission.
    • The Promoter respects the rights to remove any cocktail recipes that are deemed ineligible due to artificial and/or multiple voting.
  • Number of Finalists: Ten (10) finalists will be selected based on the results of the public voting.
  • Notification: Finalists will be emailed or messaged and announced on Liber & Co.'s official social media channels and website.

7. Judging for the Grand Prize Winner

  • Review Process: The ten (10) finalists from the public voting will be judged by Steve the Bartender on the following criteria: 40% taste, 40% creativity (composition, name, inspiration, etc), 20% presentation.
  • Prize for Finalists: Each finalist will receive a $50 Liber & Co. Gift Card.
  • Announcements: Places 10th through 4th will be announced on April 2nd, 2026.

8. Grand Prize Winner

  • Grand Prize Winner Announcement:
    • Date: April 3rd, 2026
    • Number of Winners: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected.
    • Announcement: 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place will be announced on April 3rd, 2026.
    • Notification: The top 3 will be emailed or messaged and announced on Liber & Co.'s official social media channels and website.
  • 1st Place Prize: The 1st place winner will receive a $50 gift card, a $500 cash prize, and a photo of their entry will be included in a card insert in all Liber & Co. shipments for a year. The winning cocktail will also be published on Steve the Bartender's YouTube channel.

9. General Terms

  • Originality: You warrant and represent that all photographs, videos, and write-ups you post in conjunction with this promotion are your own original work, do not infringe upon any copyright, invade any right of privacy, contain any defamatory, libelous or slanderous material, or violate any other right of any person or entity, and are not otherwise contrary to law.
  • Ingredients: Homemade ingredients cannot be used.
  • Alternative Prize: If we are unable to provide a winner with a prize (or part of a prize), we will supply an alternative prize (or part of a prize) of similar monetary value.
  • Prize Forfeiture: If a prize is not claimed within 90 days of its announcement, it will be considered forfeited.
  • Compliance: By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Liber & Co., which are final and binding in all respects.
  • Rights: By entering the promotion, entrants grant the organizers a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media or product now existing or subsequently developed, for any educational, promotional, commercial, publicity, exhibition or archival purposes.
  • Content: For any photograph or video submitted in which a person is recognizable, any liability for claims of mis-use of that image shall lie upon you and not the organizers of the event.
  • Disqualification: Entries that do not comply with the rules, are incomplete, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.

  • Suspension, cancellation, modification or termination of the competition:

  • If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are not able to conduct the promotion as anticipated, we may suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
  • Steve the Bartender and Liber & Co. reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend, cancel, postpone or extend the contest or any entrant's participation in the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the Organizer's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the contest or Steve the Bartender otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the contest as planned.
  • Entrants who violate or fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the contest, tamper with the operation of the contest, or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Liber & Co. or its partners, the contest or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Liber & Co.'s sole discretion), are subject to disqualification from entry into the contest.

    • To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including a prize or the taking of a prize.
    • We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize.
