High-proof rhum, grapefruit, and mint clash beautifully with herbal Cynar and vanilla. A refreshing, slightly bitter sipper that's equal parts bold and balanced. From Chris Amirault.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Cynar
- ½ oz rhum agricole
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 8 fresh mint leaves
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
