Banaquiri No.21
This elegant daiquiri riff balances premium aged Jamaican rum with tropical banana sweetness and bright lime tartness. The result is a fruit-forward cocktail with rich complexity and perfect sweet-tart harmony.
Ingredients:
- barspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz Appleton 21 year rum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¾ oz banana liqueur
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
