Garden Party

This light, garden-inspired highball offers a perfect balance of herbal complexity and clean, quenching freshness - ideal for warm afternoons or as an elegant aperitif.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 2 oz gin
• 2 cucumber slices
• 2-3 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Muddle syrup and cucumber slices in a shaker tin
• Add gin and ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Double strain into a highball with ice
• Top with club soda and garnish
