Piquant chili de arbol balances the rich, subtly earthy fruit-forward profile of Marion Blackberry in this delicious agave-based sipper. The split base of reposado tequila and mezcal ties it all together with rich aged agave and subtle smoke.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Marion Blackberry Syrup
- 1 oz reposado tequila
- ½ oz mezcal
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 3-4 dashes orange bitters
- Arbol chili (muddled)
Instructions:
- Muddle chili and syrup together in a shaker tin
- Add remaining ingredients with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a glass
