A sophisticated martini riff that captures the elegance of ancient Rome. At its core, bay leaf-infused gin offers a subtle herbal depth, harmonizing beautifully with the herbal and citrus notes of Italicus. Classic Gum Syrup adds just the right amount of sweetness and a luxurious mouthfeel.

Ingredients:

• barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz bay leaf infused gin *
• ½ oz italicus
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
• Add ice and stir for 15 seconds
• Strain into a glass and garnish with a lemon twist
• * Steep a bay leaf in gin for 20 minutes
