Non-Alc Floral Gin Fizz

Elevate your garden parties with this complex and delicious mocktail. This cocktail was a finalist in our 2025 Liber Games.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Lavender Lemon Cordial
• 2 oz Ritual Zero Proof Gin
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• Handful of blueberries, muddled
• 1 egg white

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 1 minute
• Add one big ice cube and shake for at least 1 minute (until the cube is dissolved)
• Add club soda to a Collins glass and double strain the cocktail over the club soda
• Top with more club soda and garnish
