Piña Carajillo
“Agave spirits love both pineapple and coffee — and if you didn’t already know that pineapple and coffee are a dream duo, now you do. Put all three together and you’ve got a straight-up trifecta.” @anatomyofadrink
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Licor 43
- ¾ oz mezcal
- 2 oz espresso (or cold brew concentrate)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain over a large format ice cub
Garnish:
- pineapple fronds
