Piña Carajillo

“Agave spirits love both pineapple and coffee — and if you didn’t already know that pineapple and coffee are a dream duo, now you do. Put all three together and you’ve got a straight-up trifecta.” @anatomyofadrink

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz Licor 43
  • ¾ oz mezcal
  • 2 oz espresso (or cold brew concentrate)

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain over a large format ice cub

Garnish:

  • pineapple fronds

Glass:

  • rocks
