Rosemary’s Baby
A complex, aromatic sour with smoke and spice at its core. Mezcal and blanco tequila build the foundation, layered with blood orange liqueur and Madagascar vanilla. Cardamom bitters and smoked rosemary add aromatic intrigue, while lime juice keeps everything bright and grounded.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz blanco tequila
- ½ oz blood orange liqueur
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 1 dropper full cardamom bitters
- smoked rosemary garnish
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into glass
