The Pimm’s Cup gets a glow up from Peruvian ginger and elegant cucumber bitters. This cocktail offers the perfect dose of refreshing complexity.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz Pimm's No.1
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Bitter Truth cucumber bitters
  • 2-3 oz club soda

Instructions:

  • Shake all minus club soda
  • Strain over ice and top with club soda
  • Garnish
