Non-Alc Tugboat Kola Grog

"I came up with this recipe during Dry January trying to recreate one of my favorite tropical cocktails - the Navy Grog. The Kola Syrup from Liber & Co. can really capture some of those flavors of pimento dram and make this drink scratch your itch for something strong and tropical! The Tugboat isn't as strong as a Navy Grog, but is a great support ship and holds up on its own!" This cocktail won the grand prize in our 2025 Liber Games for the Best Non-Alc Cocktail category.

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz Sugarcane Kola Syrup
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 1 ½ –2 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, minus club soda, to a highball and swizzle with a spoon
• Add pebble ice up to 3/4 of the glass and top with club soda
• Stir again and top with more ice
