Inspired by Bennett Bitters, this inventive drinks pairs the earthy sweetness of carrot and pineapple with the toasted nutty notes of almond. A base of single malt scotch adds a smoky depth, while a trio of warm bitters provides the perfect spiced finish. It’s a sophisticated and delicious take on the classic dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz single malt scotch
- 2 oz carrot juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 dash of orange, aromatic, and cardamom bitters each
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain in a glass
