• ¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz Lillet Blanc

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a coupe and garnish with an expressed lemon peel
