Cognac Club
Created by our friend Tony Abou-Ganim, this frothy drink is a classic that builds upon strong cognac and sweet raspberry notes. Combined with the vanilla notes of Carpano Antica and zesty lemon, the egg white softens the profile with a cloud-like finish. It is an indulgent and texture driven choice for a good evening.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz cognac
- ½ oz Carpano antica
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain in a chilled glass
