"Is there anything better than warm jalapeño cornbred with strawberry jam? Excellent flavor pairing- this one has mild smokiness, vegetal notes, sweetness, and a little heat. It's dangerously crushable!" Made by our friend @anushu802

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Pacific Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 oz Vago Elote Mezcal
  • ½ oz Green Chile Vodka
  • ½ oz elote liqueur (Nixta recommended)
  • 1 oz Manzanilla Sherry
  • 10 drops saline solution
  • 6 drops Scrappy's Fire Tincture Bitters 

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
  • Add ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
  • Strain over a large format ice cube

Glass:

  • rocks

Garnish:

  • strawberry boba
