This elevated take on the classic Jungle Bird delivers bold tropical flavors with a sophisticated bitter-sweet balance. Dark rum and juicy pineapple pair with tart lime and nutty orgeat, while Italian aperitivos add elegant bitter depth and aromatic bitters enhance the overall profile in this expertly crafted cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz rum
  • ½ oz Cappelletti Aperitivo
  • ¼ oz Campari
  • 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 4 drops 20% saline solution

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain over crushed ice
