“Marion Blackberries hail from Oregon and boast some of the best flavor of any berry on the planet. Pairing this perfect syrup with lime super juice, Luxardo Bitter Bianco and Ford’s Gin will net you a beautiful Gimlet riff with a deep purple-red hue. However, if you want to take it to the next level, you’re gonna need some Absinthe Air.”

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Marion Blackberry Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
• Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a coupe
• Garnish with absinthe air foam
