Oaxacan This Way
Blanco tequila and mezcal collide with bitter Aperol and Madagascar vanilla, brightened by grapefruit and lime. Smoky, citrusy, and herbaceous all at once.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 1 oz blanco tequila
- 1 oz mezcal
- ½ oz Aperol
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into glass
