Pineapple Absinthe Frappé

“This is a very slight riff on the forgotten classic cocktail the Absinthe Frappé. The ingredients list might seem a bit bare, but absinthe is a strong and flavorful spirit and this is a cocktail that benefits tremendously from heavy dilution.”

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1 oz absinthe

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a glass
• Add crushed ice and stir to combine
• Top with lots of crushed ice and garnish with mint

Glass:

• rocks or highball

Garnish:

• mint
