Split Decision

A delicious cocktail built on a split base of scotch and apple brandy, with Madagascar vanilla and Aperol. It’s warm, balanced, and thoughtfully composed.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
• 1 oz blended scotch
• 1 oz apple brandy
• ¼ oz Aperol

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a glass with large format ice
  
• Express an orange peel
