Tom Collins

One of the earliest cocktails, it's refreshing in its simplicity. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz Gin
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• soda water

Instructions:

• Add syrup, juice, and gin to a highball glass filled with ice
• Top with soda water and stir

Glass:

• Highball

Garnish:

• Cherry and lemon wheel or fresh herbs
